VRL Travels was initially a part of VRL Logistics Ltd. group which is leading logistics service provider with roots going back to 1976. Started with just 1 truck in Gadag, Karnataka. VRL group is founded by Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar who holds the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award, which was presented to him by the Government of India in 2020 for his contributions to trade, industry, and entrepreneurship.
From the humble beginning, VRL expanded its footprint across Karnataka and eventually developed into a prominent nationwide transport and logistics group.
